Outputmessage - Sands - LESS/006

Hot on the heels of his critically acclaimed Mirrors release, MOL brings Outputmessage back for another classic floor shaker. This time, though, the focus is on a lush landscape of biting synthesizers which have been characterized as a “post-modern Strings of Life.” His knack for pitting skillfully crafted leads and symphonic samples against solid drums is unparalleled in this day in age of pre-made loops and cookie cutter dance tracks. If there is one track this summer that will be turning heads across the board, Sands is it.

More or Less' newest friend and ally, Addled, of NYC’s Moodgadget collective, takes on the remix duties for Sands. After a blistering live set at the monthly More Or Less party in Baltimore, now a Wolf+Lamb podcast, we knew he was the one that could turn this lush track into the sleeper dance track of the summer. What he has come up with is nothing short of aural bliss. Latin and lounge house influences are heavily featured as a variety of congas, drums and splashes drop in and out of the melody.
