Norm Talley Mixes

Born and raised on Detroit's west side in the late 60’s Norm Talley's addiction to music began at an early age. By the age of thirteen, Norm’s diverse musical outlook consisted of disco, progressive, and jazz. Eventually, he was introduced to legendary Detroit dj, Ken Collier, who served as a main inspiration to the record collection that Norm has amassed - certainly a mentorship that all of us dj's and producers are envious of.

These two mixes were posted at Infinite State Machine, by Lee Bolton, who recorded Norm for one of his last radio shows, while in Pittsburgh. They are a ton of great records in these mixes, so we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
